How can I receive a coupon?

The best way to stay up to date on any specials we run is to sign up for our email list. You may also receive a coupon just for signing up, but you did not hear that from us. ;)

Can I pick up my order?

We currently do not offer an in-person pick up option. We do have several options for shipping so you can chose the option that works best for you.

I received a damaged product. How do I exchange it for a new one?

First, we want to apologize that your item was damaged when you received it. Please visit our exchange policy to learn about the process of getting your item exchanged.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours after your order is shipped for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your tracking number within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at weluminatelove@gmail.com with your full name and order number and we will look into it for you.

What is your return policy?

Our customer's happiness is #1 to us, therefore if you are not satisfied with your purchase you have one week from the delivery date to initiate a return. In addition, all items must be returned in the original condition including but not limited to no writing inside of the product, original packaging, and no signs of usage.
